Nothing. 1. Staff were rude 2. No elevator 3. Leakage on the wall 4. Pillows were rotten and brown 5. No food, no service, no kettle 6. Room was not ready for three hours after check in time

The receptionist was really good-looking and friendly, even at the crazy early hour I checked in. But, things took a turn for the worse in my room - the toilet flush wasn't working and there were some pretty gross stains on the bedsheet. I asked for a new one, but they didn't provide one, so I had to MacGyver with a blanket. Not ideal, but I've had worse.
