Rob greeted us with a warm welcome, and the room was roomy enough to fit a double bed, a single bed, a shower, a toilet, and even our travel cot. The décor matched the nearby forest and felt very homely. Breakfast was fantastic, with great options and generous portions—10/10.

The location was spot on and the host was very welcoming. Checking in and gaining access was easy, and the room was comfortable. The TV started buzzing late at night, its red light flickered on and off before stopping; I almost unplugged it. Breakfast was fine—cooked as ordered—but they didn’t offer toast, which could have been asked for.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The sausage and bacon roll in the morning was great.

It was easy to find, clean, and the staff were nice. The breakfast was tasty and the room comfortable. More toast could have been offered at breakfast, though we asked once we finished eating.
