The owner should warn guests that getting into the room isn’t easy; the front door is narrow and won’t open fully, and the staircase is steep and tight, making it hard to carry a suitcase up—so it’s not suitable for everyone.
We stayed here for two nights with our little dog. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. Kudos for the care, attention, and hospitality—we felt very comfortable. If we return to the area, we’ll definitely stay again.

The place is welcoming and fully equipped; we really appreciated the host’s careful attention to detail and the complete breakfast supplies, and it was a pleasure to meet Eleonora, who was very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain about.
Everything was great—excellent location just outside Macerata’s walls, a few steps from the center and the Sferisterio. The apartment had all possible comforts, was well organized and cozy, and Eleonora was extremely friendly at check‑in and for any request. Highly recommended, no complaints.
