The location, room size, and quietness were good. Yet, only two towels were provided for the shower and one for the face, so two towels for the bidet and another for the face were missing. The room wasn’t very clean, still had hair on the floor. The pillows were worn out and old, and because there was no headboard, I’d add at least one more pillow per person. There’s a gap behind the bed that doesn’t reach the wall, so you can’t rest your head there; a charging tray for the phone is on the floor, which isn’t very convenient or reachable. The kitchenette didn’t even have a coffee machine—no pods or moka. Having to pay cash for the residence permit, drop it in the mailbox, and send a video was inconvenient and made check‑in cumbersome.

The location was convenient, and the room was large and clean, offering good value for money. However, three flights of stairs with luggage were tiring, so I’d advise people with mobility issues to note that. The self‑check‑in was simple, but I would have appreciated a welcome kit since there was no one to talk to.
