The proximity to the palace and the staff’s attitude were positives, but the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations, the dinner offered only a few dishes, and I didn’t enjoy it.

The buffet was incredible, the staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful, and the room was spacious and well lit; the location is nice if you plan to spend more time around Schönbrunn, but otherwise it feels a little secluded.

The location and comfort were solid, and the personnel were friendly, especially the receptionist Katya who was very professional and eager to help guests. The hotel is a good choice. Parking costs are high, though.

The location was great, the metro stop was very close and getting around the city center was easy. The breakfast could have been better. Parking was expensive and the spots were tight. The staff were generally friendly, but we ran into an issue on the first night. I was traveling with my brother and during booking we selected the two separate bed option and also requested it in the special requests. A few hours later the hotel sent a message saying: “We are pleased to confirm that the facility can accommodate your request.” When we arrived that evening, the receptionist told us that a single‑bed room had been prepared and tried to convince us to stay there. After insisting, the staff finally agreed to split the bed and we moved into the room with another employee. He brought new sheets and separated the bed, but when I left the room I saw the new sheets were just left on the beds, unprepared. The employee told me I had to set the beds up myself, and I had to persuade him to do his job.

The location was okay, but the room was cramped and on the fifth floor facing the street.
