The spot is unbeatable – just a five‑minute stroll to the Schlik 2000 cable car and you’re rewarded with a killer mountain view. The owner was a delight, dropping useful tips about the Stubai card and all the perks it unlocks. The apartments themselves were spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen that made family meals a breeze. The only downside? The ground‑floor units lack a balcony, yard access, or a view‑filled window, so if you want that extra bit of scenery, grab a balcony room instead.

Coming all the way from Italy, I was blown away by how convenient everything was. The free SubaiCard gave us easy access to buses, the train to Innsbruck, and the cable cars up the peaks. Cleanliness was top‑notch – towels, sheets, toilet paper, and even scottex were provided. The kitchen had a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a coffee machine with a few pods. Laundry was a breeze too.

The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped, so cooking was a breeze. Walking distance to the Shlik 2000 cable car made it easy to hit the slopes. The host was helpful with nearby trips and local tips, and the place was clean and everything worked perfectly.
