“Horrible experience with the horrendous noise an sour smelling restroom”

The hotel was in a nice safe area. Room 303 were acting like animals over my head, I was in 203, I complained to management yet nothing changed, it was horrendous, the bathroom was smelling so sour and smelly, I had to spray the floor and tub to get rid of the smell, the cleaning crew are not using the correct mops to clean a facility, they need heavy duty mops with bleach, the elevator buttons are broken and you have to ring for management to send the elevator to your floor, because the uncleanliness of the bathroom and the extreme amount of noise that I experienced, I will not be staying at the hotel again.

“Nice place, would stay again.”

The property really had a homey feel.there was a living room area that had books, comfortable seating, the "front porch" had patio furniture and there was a picnic area for families to enjoy. The people above us were apparently practicing clogging and started at about 5:00 am.they were SUPER loud stompers when they walked and they were up late and then early. It woke us up

“Smelled so bad”

The bed was comfy. The size of the room was great. It stunk so bad like mold. The bathroom was the worst. The exhaust fan didn't work. There was mold on the windows. There was food or something on the walls. And they charged me an extra $277 for miscellaneous. Won't tell me what thats for. Im fighting it. Toilet paper and kleenex was not re stocked. Tissue box had 1 Tissue and the toilet paper was just about empty
