The owner's service (Álex) was outstanding; he always responded promptly and willingly. He adapted to our needs, and we are grateful. The facilities could use a bit more upkeep.

The staff's breakfast service and the location are great. The bathrooms are old, and the linen cleaning could be improved.

The location was very good, but we didn’t try the food. The room had no ventilation, the bathroom was damp, and there was a bad odor; I requested a room change, new sheets, and pillowcases, and asked for a king-size bed, but I was given two imperial beds.

The room was very comfortable, the beds were cozy and the service was excellent, but wheelchair access is limited because there is no ramp to the garden.
