The staff were very nice and friendly, though the hotel was a bit farther from the ski resort than I had expected.

Only a 5‑minute walk to the slopes and right next to several restaurants and the bus stop, the location was perfect; the room was huge, far larger than I had imagined, with heated flooring that kept it warm and cosy. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with lift passes, and they kept the place very clean. The only downside was that the walls were thin—typical for the area—so I had to politely remind neighbours to keep socialising hours down to the common room instead of the hallways.

The band‑playing, English‑speaking staff made the stay very enjoyable; everyone was very frank and it was a lot of fun!
