“Hotel clásico y elegante”
The architecture is amazing, but the room service left something to be desired.
The room is spacious and tidy, but because it’s an event venue, there’s no food service and the pool was never available.

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful; the bed is incredibly comfortable and everything works smoothly. It’s a relaxing spot with exquisite décor. David at the front desk is very kind and helpful, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. I would suggest offering water and coffee in the room, since the coffee machine is there but the capsules are sold separately.
