The facility is relatively new, rooms are tidy, and it’s close to the airport. The Wi‑Fi was decent. I was charged more than the quoted rate in , and I don’t think it was just a higher exchange rate. The food is poor, and customer service is lacking. The staff speak disrespectfully and with attitude. The shower stayed cold all four days, and the fridge only cools at night.

It offers good value for money. However, it is not an official Hilton hotel and doesn’t meet Hilton standards— the gym is closed on Sundays, there was no coffee at breakfast, cleaners charge for phones left in the room during cleaning, no receipts were given for food delivery, and there is no smart TV, but overall it remains good value.
