I'm not sure what all the fuss is about, but this hotel was a total letdown. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, but that's where the positives ended. The staff were friendly enough, but the room was tiny and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud of dust bunnies. The free breakfast was a joke, with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I was expecting a lot more for the price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This place is a gem - everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.
