The gentle sea breeze over Castagniccia’s hills makes you want to stay forever, while the amazing breakfast in the kitchen awaited us. The two caretakers give this home‑like feeling so effortlessly. The owners were incredibly kind, the property is surrounded by greenery, and the common area is spacious with a kitchen, coffee, and tea available. It’s a bit far from the main road and they always provide a car.

The place is perfectly situated for motorbike routes in Castagniccia, set in a beautiful building with high‑quality bedding and linens, and the surroundings are very quiet; the professional kitchen was a lifesaver since there are no restaurants or shops nearby, and although the owner was absent, a very kind and welcoming lady took on the role of host flawlessly. The entrance from the parking lot left a bad impression: a gate with a flimsy wire closure after the main gate, and a overgrown field you have to cross past recycling bins felt uninviting and clashed with the warm interior; the glass‑door entrance lacks a proper blackout curtain, so sunrise wakes you at 6 am; breakfast was a bit too basic (just bread, butter, jam, yogurt); thin sound insulation between floors meant the downstairs neighbors could hear us talking normally after we arrived and even complained about a dripping shower, which really ruined my evening.
