They still took my booking even though the place was shut down. When I got there it was a mess – a staff member said they were tearing it down to hand it over. Completely irresponsible to keep it open and then leave guests on the street.

Close to Lagoa da Conceição, but the stay was awful. We booked a private bath room, yet none were ready, so we slept in a makeshift cabin that ran out of water at night. The next day they moved us to a room without a private bath, forcing us to share. We asked for a discount through the app, but got nothing back.
