The room was terrible, full of damp, no ventilation, no hot water, the shower drain was clogged, and they didn’t fix the room. On the last day of our stay the room flooded and many items inside our luggage were damaged. On the night of October 11 the front‑desk person couldn’t assign us another room and told us we had to mop the room because he wasn’t the maid. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel; it’s the worst experience I’ve had since booking, and they should reevaluate the hotels they promote on the platform.

Good location, the area is quiet. The staff were very attentive. The rooms and beds are spacious with hot water. There are good dining options nearby and around the Corferias area.

The facilities are very clean. Bogotá is a cold city, but they have hot showers. The camera is cleaned daily, and the staff are always ready to help.

The breakfast was good, but it was missing because there wasn't enough staff, according to the staff. They offered coffee, which I had never had before.
