Breakfast was good and the host was super nice and helpful. The location was great. The water‑stained floor in the bath made the room look dirty. The building feels outdated and could use at least a fresh coat of paint.

The beds were adequate. The remodel is ongoing and just the minimum. Having to drive to pick up breakfast at another location isn’t worth the money.

It’s close to downtown, offers free parking in front of the rooms, and the staff are nice. The property is just rundown and needs a complete renovation, the rooms smell, and it’s too expensive for what it offers.

The beds were clean and the location was nice, yet the bathroom was completely dark with no working light or fan, the bath and shower didn’t work properly, and the locks on the second bedroom entrance to the hall were broken even though the owner knew about it. There was no person to greet us upon arrival, and the AI phone service was hard to use for a blind person. The advertised “Queen suite” promised two bedrooms and a living space, which were missing. I was excited for the homemade breakfast of eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles with fruit topping, but the biscuits were underbaked and doughy, and the waffles had no fruit. The owner was not apologetic or helpful, blamed me for not contacting him, claimed a heart attack that night, and said a partial refund was difficult because I booked with a platform. He also said he could have done more if I had called. He was utterly disrespectful and a complete asshole.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, but the deck in our room needed sweeping.
