Nice location, close to the village centre of Treglio. It’s definitely worth a visit to this village. A great base for trips to Vasto, Ortona, Lanciano, Pescara… if you have a (rental) car. The owners were very friendly and helpful, yet discreet. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and pleasant, with three separate terraces! You do have to watch electricity usage, for example you can’t run all three air‑conditioners at once, but that’s no problem because the space gets adequately cooled. The garden is beautiful with a pool that you can use 24/24. Overall a very nice experience and recommended!

The owners were great and very affectionate with the children. The dogs are very reserved and friendly. Everything was perfect. The house is truly beautiful and has equipment that leaves no wishes unfulfilled!

I had an amazing stay! 🤩 Demetrio and his family are some of the nicest people I've ever met; their hospitality and kindness are unmatched. Demetrio is always there for you and takes very good care of you. Even though we aren't big dog fans, their dogs were well behaved and didn't disturb us at all. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and everything is very clean. Even in midsummer we only needed the air conditioning a few times, which shows how well the house is built. Having a lockable garage is an absolute gamechanger in summer. The area is very calm and the nearby beach is very nice. Thanks a lot, Demetrio, and all the best to you and your family! ✌🏼

“Tranquillità e confort a pochi chilometri dalla costa dei Trabocchi”

The apartment was spacious and airy, spotless and well equipped. The house was very quiet with a view of the mountains to the west and the sea from the bedroom windows. Its strategic location makes it easy to visit the coast of the trabocchi. The owners who live on the ground floor are very helpful and affable. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
