The air‑conditioning control in the room couldn't be adjusted, neither for cooling nor heating.

The location was good, the staff were courteous, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant was nice, but the bathroom vents were dirty and looked like mold (though I didn’t confirm it), and the paint and molding were chipped; a maintenance refresh focused on these issues would be worthwhile, especially for a $400 a night room.

Breakfast had already started, normally at 06:00 AM, which is a problem for travelers with early departures who have a breakfast‑included booking but need to leave before service begins.
