“Good service”
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room felt very hot, so a ceiling fan or something similar would have helped.
“Confort correct et très bon rapport qualité prix”
Close to the ADO bus station, convenient in that sense, and fairly near the high‑end center of San Cristóbal de las Casas. A modest hotel with good value. The Mexican breakfast is decent. There’s no window facing the outside, the lighting is poorly maintained, the building looks a bit worn but remains clean. The room door barely blocks the noise from the inner patio where the breakfasts take place.
The staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited.
“No lo recomiendo”
Only the garden was usable. They don’t accept card payments, they didn’t provide towels, and there was no water in the bathroom.
“Pude haber estado más cómoda”
It’s not my first time staying here; I choose it because I feel very comfortable, but this time the room assigned to me didn’t suit me. The breakfast and service at breakfast were luxurious. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom made a terrible noise from the hot‑water tap, and because it’s a cold place and hot water is needed, this room needs fixing. I’ve stayed several times, but this time the room left a lot to be desired.
