A tiny hotel on the edge of the village keeps the noise low and the atmosphere calm. The room was cozy, spacious enough, and had everything needed; the daily housekeeping was reliable. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony was nice for watching the sea in the morning or evening. A small fridge and a coffee maker were handy, and the parking spot was a plus, even though we didn’t need it; the airport is very close. The receptionist didn’t speak English or Russian, which was frustrating. In the bathroom, the shower walls were there but the floor stayed wet and slippery because there was nothing to wipe it, so the floor became slick. The toilet was hard to reach, loud, and uncomfortable. Even though the hotel looks like it overlooks the sea, you can’t actually access the beach from the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes on foot to get there.

I would strongly advise staying away from this place for the reasons listed: I arrived late on September 2nd and found no staff at the front desk—only a cleaning lady who located my reservation and handed me a key. The room she gave me was far smaller than the 20 sqm room I had booked; it barely fit a single bed. I asked her to call the manager, but she didn’t speak English, and the only English‑speaking staff was the manager herself. After about 30–40 minutes of waiting with no one arriving, I went to bed, only to be awakened later by the manager, who was clearly intoxicated. She started aggressively, breathing alcohol directly into my face, and flat‑out denied any discrepancy in room size. At 11 pm, when I was trying to sleep, she offered to bring a tape measure to “prove” the room was 20 sqm, and when I declined, she snapped back, “why did you call me if not to measure the room—‘you brought me from my home to just bla bla’—if you don’t like your room, you can leave the hotel.” The next morning, a different staff member—who also didn’t speak English—arranged for me to move into the correct room, but that room had already been given to another family, apparently because the hotel assumed a solo traveler didn’t need it. I received no apology for the mix‑up; instead, the staff implied they were doing me a favor by “upgrading” me to the room I had already paid for. Additionally, the double rooms (and presumably all rooms) have two beds placed side‑by‑side with mattresses that are too soft and uncomfortable.

The location is great—just a 20‑minute walk from the airport—and the nearby KAMANITE pizza bar restaurant is wonderful. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t included.
