The location and staff were good 👍, but unfortunately we had a leak and during our stay the whirlpool was out of service for maintenance; otherwise everything was pleasant 👍

A very nice hotel with a lovely setup, everything is beautifully furnished and well maintained. However, when I booked a hotel with a SPA, I expected to use the wellness area. The staff told me that the saunas and pool were all broken, and another employee claimed the sauna could at least be turned on, which turned out to be a lie. The pool and steam sauna were evidently out of order or shut down. No guest likes to be deceived.
