“A satisfying hotel in Istanbul's Old City”

The hotel sits in Istanbul’s Old City, so grocery stores, restaurants, and tourist spots are all within walking distance. Breakfast stayed the same over two days, but the dishes were clean and offered a range of authentic Turkish cuisine. The staff were friendly and proactive, creating a warm, family‑like vibe, especially Kerem and Guncha who always greeted me with bright smiles and were eager to help. I’m grateful to them again. The only downside was that the facilities felt a bit dated: no elevator, a narrow staircase to the second floor that made me careful not to trip, and the floor in my room seemed slightly slanted. Aside from those minor issues, it was a satisfying stay.

“Personál je milý, ale pokoje jsou opravdu nevyhovující”

M9sto vzhledem k poloze turistických památek je skvělé. V pokoji nefungovala vzduvhotecvhnika ani klimatizace, podlaha byla zpuchřelá a rozbitá, koupelná vhodná k rekonstrukci. Z ulice je v pokoji hluk, že nejde ani otevřít okno, ale protože chybí vzduchotechnika, tak je vydýchaný vzduch

Everyone on the staff was kind. They spoke loudly and answered all our questions pleasantly. Nothing else to mention.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but there was no menu or description of the items, so we had to guess, which seems typical in Turkey. The elevator and room floor were accessed via the backstairs, which made entry difficult. At night, the bathroom light was too bright and white, bothering anyone in bed.
