“Great Stay”
The location is stunning, the gardens are worth a stroll, the room and bathroom are spacious, and both the food and staff are excellent.

The room is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the food is fantastic. However, the restaurant staff were not trained to the best standard; for example, plates were not cleared after breakfast, and food orders were slow, giving the impression that they hadn’t anticipated needs. The staff were nice though.
“Relaxing and enjoyed the stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Ballygally Castle Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful castle, the peaceful surroundings, and the welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The historic character of the castle gives the whole experience a special charm that you don’t get at a typical hotel. We also really enjoyed the food and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It was a lovely place to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a great experience. We would happily return to Ballygally Castle and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing hotel experience in Northern Ireland. nothing to say

The location is good, but they kept turning a double bed into a twin even after I had asked for a twin from the beginning.
