“Séjour mitigé à cause du bruit”

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean; the room is spacious, the private bathroom is modern and immaculate, and the bed is super comfy. The major drawback is its location right next to a busy national road with plenty of cars and trucks even at night. I was exhausted and barely slept, so I’d still suggest earplugs. I chatted with another couple staying there and they also couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The host wasn’t very responsive and I didn’t get entry instructions until I messaged him on WhatsApp. He finally replied and I was able to access the place.

“Sosta viaggio di una notte a Pineto”

The spot is great, close to the highway. Breakfast, though at a bar, was nice to walk to, the barista was very friendly and the breakfast was standard: cappuccino and excellent brioche; adding a juice and/or yogurt would have been perfect given the price of the stay. Nothing else to note.

The whole building is newly renovated with top‑level services and excellent cleanliness. The rooms look even better than the photos. Check‑in is on the first floor, and there’s a shared kitchen area with great coffee. Breakfast is included and can be taken at the nearby bar, which offers a wide range of good products and very helpful staff. Our little dog was happy; there’s parking and space for evening walks nearby. It’s less than 1 km from the center and there’s also a dedicated walking path with a special lane for those who want it (we used the car for shopping, etc.).
