It was clean, but it didn’t match the pictures and it was very far away, although they do offer a shuttle service.

The place is great—clean, well‑priced, and in a solid spot, but the room only had one key card.

The elevators were plenty and there was no wait, yet the front‑desk staff were unhelpful and there was no hot water for the whole stay.

The room was tidy and cozy, but it’s a long way from Haram and the hotel only runs two shuttles, so you end up waiting hours to return and often have to pay a hefty taxi fare.
