The place is clean, upscale, and the staff are friendly, but the pet fee is very high and non‑refundable.

A decent place for the price, with clean sheets and a good location. The staff member apologized for the slow check‑in and walked me over to help me find the breakfast menu and elevators. The lobby smelled like weed, which was unpleasant. I arrived at “shift change” and had to wait at least 10 minutes in the smelly lobby for the computer to load (I don’t think it was the employee’s fault). The bed sank in the middle, making it odd, and they didn’t give me the crib I had requested.
