They were extremely kind and gave us a room higher than the one we booked, which was in excellent condition. They also invited us to dinner, making it ideal for families with children—the paradise for them. A girl named Emma at reception was super friendly, especially with my daughter. They have a free food corner for kids during the day with delicious fruit and snacks. The nearby water park and the discount you get for staying at the hotel are great. Everything was perfect.

Everything was super and child‑friendly, which is why we came. The staff were very polite and approachable, especially the reception team. Special thanks to Filip—definitely coming back. The only thing that could be better is a richer breakfast selection. We managed to find everything we needed, but breakfast definitely has room for improvement.

Everything was flawless. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us kindly and always smiling, even giving our daughter gifts; the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was generous, the coffee and juices tasted great, and the surroundings were very tidy, adorned with various Mediterranean flowers.
