Everything was super! Clean, pleasant, and the organization was great; the staff were courteous and responsive. Thanks to the restaurant manager for arranging a surprise for our friend and to waiter Onur for making us feel special! We recommend it to everyone and would come back again. The time passed very quickly.

“Ein angenehmes Vier-Sterne-Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, geräumigen Zimmern und Verbesserung”

We spent three nights at Parkim Ayaz Hotel and overall had an enjoyable stay; the property looked well‑maintained and inviting, meeting the standard of a four‑star hotel—good and comfortable, though not exceptionally luxurious. Our room was spacious enough for a short stay, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. We found the surroundings pleasant and safe. However, the food could use improvement: while the overall offering was acceptable, it could have been more varied and extensive, especially for Turkish specialties like Börek and Gözleme; using fresh dough and preparing everything on site would enhance taste, quality, and authenticity. A larger menu and more variety between meals would raise the culinary experience; overall, the food did not meet the level we expected from a four‑star hotel.

We arrived at Parkim Ayaz and everything was flawless from the moment we stepped in. The beachfront spot in Gümbet is stunning, with great pool areas, spotless rooms, and tasty food. What really makes the place shine is the top‑level service: Baris, Onur, and Osman deserve a huge shout‑out. Baris and Onur handled our check‑in with warmth and efficiency, attending to every request instantly and smiling all the way. Osman, the Guest Relations Manager, stayed on top of everything we needed, showing genuine care, professionalism, and a real commitment to our satisfaction. The combination of a gorgeous resort and a team that genuinely cares about guests makes Parkim Ayaz a must‑visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Tot Respectul pentru echipa managerială. Apreciem îndeosebi profesionalismul d-lui manager YASIN SERVICII de calitate superioară cu personal bine pregătit si respectuos cu turiștii Mâncare variată si de bună calitate.Recomand totuși mai multă carne miel/oaie,fructe de mare si sucuri naturale. Programul de la Cozzy bar interesant dar mai poate fi diversificat .si mai atractiv. Recomand cu responsabilitate acest hotel si serviciile aferente. Umbrelele de pe plajă sunt prea mici

“Nice resort”

The staff were friendly and the bedroom was spacious, and the resort offered a good entertainment program and stayed clean overall. The gym, however, needs better equipment, the snack bar’s quality could improve, and the beach area would benefit from a more diligent clean‑up crew to keep it tidy for guests.
