The communication between Alacarte and the hotel was really poor. I booked a room, but when I arrived, they told me it was fully booked. Apparently, they didn't even have the decency to let me know in advance. When I tried to cancel, I had no idea who to talk to or how to get a refund. Luckily, I managed to contact other booking platforms and found out that Alacarte was the one with the issue.
