The location was about right. There was no welcome from the owner; a young woman from the building handed us the keys and demanded 25 euros in tourist tax. The apartment was cramped and not very clean.

The manager was super helpful, and the spot was perfect for our needs—close to Policlino Sant'Orsola and still near the city center. I traveled with my 8‑year‑old son, and we never needed to take the bus (the stop was practically in front of us), but walking the distances was doable. We’ll definitely come back!

The kitchen was very small and crowded when three people stayed there at the same time. There was no dishwasher, a camera in the hallway, and breakfast items were all stored in a drawer marked with the room number for self‑service.
