The host was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. When we ordered desserts last night, a big group hit the kitchen just before closing and they couldn't make it, but they promised to whip one up for free at breakfast the next day, which we appreciated. The only downside was the beds – they were too soft for us and after a week our backs ached, so we missed our own mattress.

Breakfast was tasty and everyone could pick what they liked. The room was tiny, but just enough to sleep in. We had a great time at the pool with warm water in a beautiful setting. The only gripe was the towels – they weren't up to par.

The bed was comfy and the room looked nice, and the receptionist was very friendly, even letting us choose between two rooms. On the downside, the sink was huge and right in front of the toilet, making it hard to sit. The shower drain was dirty, so the whole small bathroom flooded after a while, and we had to wait ten minutes for hot water. The ceiling was so thin we could hear every step, waking us up at 7:30, and the door closer was too tight. All in all, disappointing for the price.

The family staff were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bar/restaurant had a modern yet alpine vibe. The location was spot on – a button lift to the slopes or a three‑minute walk to the main gondola, and in summer we could hike up the hills right from the back of the hotel. The pool was a great way to cool off in hot weather, and the food was exceptional – tasty, well‑presented, and varied, so we ate there several times.
