The reception staff seemed annoyed and not welcoming; the price felt too high for such a basic, poorly maintained room that was also unclean, and the receptionist tried to charge us for early check‑in even though the room was ready. I didn’t like the room or the receptionist.

The staff were friendly and the location works well, but the corridor looked dingy, Wi‑Fi was spotty, and the staff didn’t speak any language other than Assamese.
