On 2 September 2026, as I was getting ready to drive away for work, my car’s engine stalled on the parking ramp and wouldn’t restart. To exit safely, we had to navigate two downhill slopes, and with the engine off and brakes compromised, the team worked hard to keep the car from sliding. Thanks to their calm, coordinated help, we brought the car down safely and I later arranged a tow through my insurance to move it from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. I’m deeply grateful to the hotel staff for their quick, supportive, and hands‑on assistance that turned a stressful moment into a manageable one. A great hotel is measured by the empathy and dedication of its people, not just its luxury, and I appreciate everything they did.
The environment was nice, but the view was not what I liked.
The swimming pool is fantastic.

The facilities were good, but breakfast could offer more menu variety.
