I lodged a complaint demanding a refund because I was furious that the address and GPS location were wrong, and after an hour of searching I finally arrived at a filthy hotel that reeked so badly I could barely breathe, making it impossible for my family and me to sleep; we ended up on the street and later crammed four of us onto a single bed at a local’s house, which is scandalous, so I’m asking for my money back. Everything about the stay was unacceptable.

I was really confused by the location - it didn't seem right and I'm not even sure if the hotel exists. I tried to check in but couldn't find it, and the host didn't respond in time. When they did get back to me, it wasn't even about the issue. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place.

The location was spot on and the price was decent, but the room was a bit of a mess and the toilet was broken, which was pretty inconvenient.
