The location, view, and room size/quality were all great. At check‑in, I asked if they could change my $100; they took my money and then said sorry, please wait. I waited 2 hours and still had no change. If they had said no up front, I would have gone to the ATM instead of being left in limbo.

The room had a big window, high ceiling, beautiful interior, and an elevator. It lacked a hairdryer, the bathroom didn’t dry down properly, there was only one trash bin, and no tissue box.

The stay was a great value, very comfortable, and the location on the river was excellent.

The welcome, staff, location, and quiet atmosphere were all excellent. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, otherwise everything was perfect.
