“Room Swap Woes”
The room had to be swapped midway through my stay, which was a real hassle. Other than that, everything else was fine.
“Good Amenities, Bad Cleanliness”
The amenities were convenient, but the bar area was a mess—wet floors, crumbs everywhere, and a strong odor of grime. Cleaning needs to be stepped up.
“Value‑Packed Stay with a Slight Pool Issue”
The location is great and the value is solid, especially with the Mateus convenience store inside the flat and prices similar to the city center. There’s a pier for boat trips and a tasty restaurant with varied food. The only downside was the pool tiles looking a bit dirty at the edges.

The hotel’s pool and convenience store are solid, but the location is far from the city center. The room felt dated—no face towels or hand soap, and the microwave and dishes lacked soap and detergent, so you couldn’t use them. They only give pool towels to hotel‑linked apartments, not to our private unit. The beds were low and uncomfortable, the light switch was awkwardly placed, Wi‑Fi was terrible, and the shower cubicle barely fit a shampoo bottle.
