The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and it’s close to the beach. The only drawback is that it’s far from central Phuket.

The location is very pleasant; if you want a quiet break, the area is clean, the food is tasty and varied, and the cleaning was done daily. Unfortunately, the beach has big waves.

They couldn’t locate the booking, so I had to go to another resort. The booking was not found at check‑in, I had to book a different resort, complained but was told it was a no‑show. I hope this doesn’t happen often; I should get a refund for services not used even though I arrived at the location.
