Clean, friendly staff. - The traffic around the hotel is horrible. - AC in the room was too hot, and i had to call twice to get it fixed. They'll get it fixed for a few hours, then they would reset it in the middle of the night and temp goes back to 22+ degrees. Haven't slept well a single night for 3 nights straight

Amazing breakfast spread with fresh, made-to-order omelets and a great assortment of pastries. The room came with an assortment of candies on a nice tray. The welcome cookie, given to you when checking in was a nice touch! Also, the location was excellent, being right up the street from the Burjuman Mall/metro station. The in-room desk was small and not that useful for setting up a laptop to do computer stuff. The towel assortment only included one wash-cloth. The room's controls took some time to get used to. They weren't very intuitive
