The staff are great and the restaurant service is awesome; the resort blends beautifully with nature, the pool is clean and offers a great ocean view, and I’d recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Karon, Phuket. Nothing else to note.

The welcome, care and attention, shuttle service, and room size are excellent, but the distance to the sea may be tough for walkers.

Nothing about the place felt acceptable. The overall experience was terrible: the staff’s attitude was poor, the lighting in the room was dim, and there were small animals around. When we first entered, the room reeked of sewage, and there was no hot water for the shower despite reporting it; the maintenance crew came but never fixed it. Moreover, the front desk kept speaking to us in Thai even though we clearly didn’t understand, and they never produced a translator. Every aspect needs improvement – the facilities are outdated, the walls are old, the lighting throughout the hotel is dark, and a gecko even crawled in when we arrived.

The rooms are spacious and airy, the balcony is beautiful, and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is good, the pool is nice, and I would stay here again—thanks for everything.
