Everything was absolutely perfect, from check‑in to breakfast. There was nothing we didn’t like; everything was super.

The hotel is close to the square. I booked three nights but left after one. The hotel is on a straight street and it’s dangerous when you exit; the rooms face a nightclub with loud noise and drunken people, and the sound insulation is almost nonexistent. There are no secure or CCTV‑monitored parking spots, and my car was damaged while parked and the hotel couldn’t explain what happened. I spent a whole day with the police and lost about $450, plus the value of the two nights I didn’t use.

The experience we had was a complete disappointment. Especially in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service, I definitely do not recommend the hotel. I feel we did not get what we paid for. The hotel rooms were extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and quite small. As seen in the photos, there were serious hygiene problems. The bed covers had a bad odor and the overall cleanliness of the room was definitely unacceptable. The first evening we noticed the shower was broken. I immediately went to reception to report it, but unfortunately no staff came to check or fix it. The next day I reported it again, but our complaint was not taken seriously and no solution was offered. The lack of attention to customer satisfaction and hygiene is truly unacceptable. The hotel rooms were extremely dirty, small, and unhygienic. As you can see from the photos, there was a bad smell from the bed covers and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The shower was broken from the first evening. I immediately reported it to reception, but nobody came to check or repair it. I complained again the next day, but they simply ignored us. Overall, a terrible experience. The hygiene and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel
