La ubicación y la comida. Le falta limpieza, la habitación que me dieron no tenía ventanas y las paredes estaban huecas lo que hacía que el ruido entrara

The hotel’s proximity to the American Consulate is a plus, but it falls short in many ways: there is no air conditioning, the beds are uncomfortable, no glasses or water are provided, no hand towels, no shampoo or body soap, and the dining area is inadequate. We felt uneasy and, after booking two nights (already paid) and staying only one, we decided to switch hotels.
