The room was large, but the bed was terrible. The room was too hot and the air couldn't be adjusted. It was far too expensive for what we got; paying for the name alone isn't enough. Do better, Double Tree.

The wooden floor is nice, but there’s no microwave, which is a problem for families with kids, and the light fixture in the bathroom was loose.

Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food and drinks, the rooms were fairly spacious, and the lobby was beautiful, but the large windows in the interior rooms face the lobby, reducing privacy; this could have been avoided by asking for an exterior room, but we didn’t know the orientation.

I liked the reception staff and the beautiful lobby, but the room had dirty curtains, a dirty hairdryer, and a stain on the duvet; it wasn’t cleaned at all during my two‑day stay. The balcony room on the second floor was right above the staff smoking area, so it was noisy, and there was trash outside the rooms.
