The breakfast was modest, not overly rich but overall fine; I would have liked more care with the table equipment. The hotel is surrounded by nature, in a very beautiful and quiet spot: the room is spacious and welcoming, and the bathroom is very nice and modern.

The location was nice, the hotel clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; I accidentally booked the wrong date, but the receptionist helped me change it on Booking. Great! I didn’t realize it was run by the Salvation Army, so there was no wine or beer 😕. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in my room that felt like burnt wood or an unremoved fire scent.

The room was spotless and the hotel itself looked great, at least from what we could see. The breakfast spread was very extensive, the staff were friendly, and the location was lovely. Nothing to complain about.
