The hospitality was excellent, the room was very spacious with air conditioning, the area is safe and very quiet, although always with caution. The R1 bus is about 5 minutes away in a straight line. If I return to Cancún, it would be a good place to stay. I got an Uber or a taxi for about 50 pesos (what I managed) from the terminal, negotiating with the drivers.

The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The signage outside the property was not very clear.
