I can’t say enough good things; my daughter left her stuffed animal in the room, the cleaning crew found it and shipped it back to us after I called, and I appreciate how kind and caring the staff are. I’ve become a lifelong customer and will stay at your hotels from now on—thank you, your crew made my daughter so happy, and I hope this reaches them.

The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly, but the rooms are old and noisy; the fridge and AC are hard to sleep with because so many machines are running in the room.

Overall 3. A few comments: • parking lot has a light flashing / malfunctioning that illuminates the room at night • bath tub is not sealed and leaks • no Kleenex in bathroom • was not able to pay with a different t card bc credit card machine was not working ans could not scan Apple Pay • no towels in the swimming pool area • no water out for drinking • no bottle waters offered upon arrival • wifi not working with last name and room number • room seems run down with moldings falling apart and cracks on paint • several elevators not working Can you please forward the email of regional manager?
