“Nie wieder.”

It was an absolute disaster! We couldn’t check in because the condition was unacceptable. The reception was unfriendly. There was a stench throughout the building. It was unbearable. The room had broken curtains. We had to book another hotel. The hotel’s communication was absolutely miserable.

I arrived and had to leave just an hour later because there was no staff at the front desk for check‑in and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone until 20 minutes later; we had no keys or any other information. The room was supposed to be a double but we got two single beds even though it was almost empty. The floor was littered with empty bottles, used cotton swabs, and a pile of dust. The table had a severe water stain that stuck to it, and the sheets and towels were simply tossed into the wardrobe, probably the dirty laundry from the previous guest. A pillow was missing, the curtain had stains, there were holes in the wall, and the room was definitely smaller than 20 m². We immediately booked a new place elsewhere and would rather have spent the money on sand than a night in those beds.

“Pessima experiencia”

The location is fine. Everything was very dirty, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway that seeped into the room.

It was cheap… Where do I start? Where do I stop?… Stinky, bloody laundry, mold, only one radio works, so honestly I’ve stayed cheaper elsewhere for better quality, sorry… Check‑in starts at 15:00, but you always arrive a half hour to an hour late.
