The location and room size were good, but the bathroom needs renovation/repair.

The owner’s service was excellent, but the location is on a street at the edge of a road, practically an unheated portal. The shower is so small that the curtain keeps hitting your body.

We slept somewhere else because the bathroom only half‑retracts, the pull‑down is broken, the AC remote was submerged, and after 10 minutes water started leaking onto the bed and floor; the child’s spare blanket (36 kg) was ruined. When I reported it, they blamed us and offered no compensation.
