Nestled in a historic York building, Abbey Guest House offers charming rooms with private bathrooms, city views, and modern amenities. A sun terrace and garden provide tranquil outdoor relaxation, while free WiFi connects guests throughout. Just 8 minutes from York Minster and 400 m from the railway station, it sits near the Grand Opera House and York Dungeon. The attentive host and spotless rooms earn high praise.

The location is very good, close to the station and all the must‑see places. Our room was too small for a little kitchenette, but the basics should still be available. Consider adding a little kitchenette in the lounge with a microwave or Airfryer.

Great spot – 5 minutes from the railway station in one direction, 5 minutes from the city centre in the other.

Ideally situated for shops, restaurants, etc., clean and comfortable, no complaints whatsoever. Nothing.
