The hotel was bad. Nothing else.

The location was good. The cleanliness, equipment, noise, air‑conditioning, mattress, floor, and paint were all lacking.

The staff were lovely, very kind and caring. The heat was unbearable, there was no hot water, no insulation so it was very noisy, and the hygiene was only mediocre.

The place was filthy everywhere, cockroaches roamed the bathroom, dust coated every surface, the bed wobbled, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no air‑conditioning despite the heat, it was far too pricey for what it offered, the lift was out of order so I had to lug a large suitcase up three floors with no assistance, there was no concierge, and the staff were arrogant and completely unhelpy.
