We did not actually get to stay at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst we have ever had with a hotel. We had booked this hotel 10 days in advance for our Saudi guests and chose it believing it was one of the leading hotels in Mangalore. However, just two hours before our guests were due to arrive at the airport, we went to the hotel to make sure everything was in order. We were then informed that our room had supposedly been booked at bejaiOcean Pearl instead. Since there was no other option, we went to bejaiOcean Pearl, only to be told there that they had no booking under our name either. We were left struggling to find another hotel in Mangalore at the last minute, which caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience for us and our guests. We have never experienced such poor coordination and lack of responsibility from a hotel before. The staff were not cooperative, and the way the booking was handled was far below the standard we expected from a reputed property. If you are planning to book this hotel, please make absolutely sure that your reservation is confirmed directly with the hotel and recheck it before your arrival. Based on our experience, we would not recommend relying on the booking without getting proper confirmation

The location is great, the staff are helpful, and breakfast has a wide selection. However, there was a mouldy smell in the rooms and especially in the lift.

Location and hospitality. We stayed there along with my family for 2 days , There was no proper hot water and that to in rainy season

Breakfast quality was excellent, though it was repetitive and the menu didn’t change much. The breakfast restaurant was small and felt crowded, so a larger space is needed. The Wi‑Fi was poor and it was hard to get a decent connection; guests shouldn’t have to use Wi‑Fi vouchers. I had to work there and couldn’t connect my laptop to the Wi‑Fi, so improvement is definitely required.
